1 Introduction and Agreement

By accessing the mmk3 platform (mmk3.mom), opening an account, making a deposit, participating in games, or using any of the services in any way, you confirm that you fully accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy set out on this page.

If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you may not continue to use the platform. mmk3 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. Once changes are posted on the website, continuing to use the platform will be taken as acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Restriction

The mmk3 platform is only open to persons aged 21 and above. Players must confirm they are aged 21 or over at the time of registration. mmk3 may request age verification at any time, and accounts that do not comply may be closed.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may only open one account at mmk3. Opening a second account for the same person is a breach of these terms and conditions and may result in winnings being denied or the account being closed.

2.3 Accurate Information

Information provided at registration — name, phone number, payment method — must be accurate and complete. mmk3 reserves the right to refuse withdrawals from accounts registered with false information.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You must keep your account login details confidential and are personally responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. Sharing, lending, or selling your account to a third party is not permitted.

3.2 Account Suspension

mmk3 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances —

• If there is suspicion of a breach of these terms and conditions
• If there is a risk of fraud or money laundering
• If a violation is found when checking access to the platform's games
• If action is required under instructions from the relevant authority

3.3 Requesting Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account may contact [email protected] to submit a request. Any remaining balance after closure will be paid out in accordance with the applicable terms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Available deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks and the same limit applies across all methods. Players are responsible for checking that the correct fees are applied and that no errors occur at the time of deposit.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. After verification, withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Players may only withdraw to a payment method registered in their own name.

4.3 Security Checks

Before processing a withdrawal, mmk3 may verify the player's identity. Players are responsible for cooperating with any such verification.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The mmk3 welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 60,000 Ks. A wagering requirement of 40,000 Ks × 10 = 400,000 Ks must be met.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• Bonus funds can only be used for gameplay together with the original deposit and cannot be withdrawn directly
• Winnings from bonus funds can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been met
• When playing games with bonus funds, the contribution towards the wagering requirement may vary depending on the game type
• If mmk3 finds that a bonus has been misused, the bonus may be voided

5.3 Promotion Changes

mmk3 may modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules

6.1 Fair Play

Games on mmk3 use SSL encryption and a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using software, bots, or automated playing tools
• Deliberately exploiting bonus weaknesses (bonus abuse)
• Threatening other players through any communication channel
• Continuing to play for personal gain after discovering a software error without reporting it immediately

If any of the above violations are found, winnings may be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

6.3 Calculation Errors

Incorrect payouts caused by software or data connection issues may be corrected by mmk3, and the corrected amount may be deducted from the account.

7 VIP Levels and Cashback

The mmk3 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback rates are up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver, and up to 0.8% for Gold. Tier advancement is determined by mmk3 based on the player's activity.

Cashback funds will be credited to the account on the designated date and are also subject to bonus wagering requirements.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Unauthorized account access caused by a third party
• Technical issues beyond mmk3's control (Force Majeure)
• Losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the player
